If you have been recently looking to get a peg board to organize some items in your house or room then chances are you have come across the Ikea Skadis Pegboard. This is one of the more popular ones because of it's modularity and design and it has been featured across most social media platforms as the go to pegboard.
it comes with several sizes and a lot of accessories which you can buy to customize how you want your pegboard to look ( sounds fun already! ) and one of the more popular uses of this pegboard is a charging station. This is not really surprising as most households nowadays would have several devices which needs charging. Phones, tablets, your Nintendo switch, Cameras, actions cams, and so much more! So you can already imagine why this is a popular idea. having to charge all your gadgets in one place makes it neat and efficient. :)
And of course I'm not about to get left behind so I joined all the fun!
The only challenge is I live in the Philippines and the Skadis pegboard is not locally available as we do not have Ikea locally yet. ( well not yet. I am hopeful that we get one this year! ) while we do have those Pasabuys which you can see on Facebook (Pasabuys are those purchasers which group orders and buy items from Dubai and/or Singapore and ship them locally) I opted to get one that was readily available in Shopee, while more expensive you won't have to wait minimum 2 months before you get the item.
I ended up getting the white 14 x 22 with several accessories which were available in shopee at the time. I am still planning to add more accessories but I’m waiting for the right stock to arrive. And of course as i expand may video arsenal, i would probably end up getting one more pegboard. :)

As for the chargers and “chargables” I have used a total of 4 chargers. 2 lightning chargers, and 2 camera chargers, as well as a cable for charging my headphones.
I used to have a wireless charger for my phone on my desk and I found that it only distracts me for the most part of the day as notifications from my phone keep popping up now and again, Specially when i am trying to get some work done. Having a dedicated space to have all my devices to charge has really helped me a lot to focus on completing productive tasks.
And after a few weeks of using i now have a habit leaving all my gadgets in one place to charge and I’m not about to change that anytime soon.
